Services

At Slow Stitch Studio, each offering is designed as a gentle invitation—to slow down, to notice, and to engage with making as a way of being present.
You’re welcome to join at your own pace, with no pressure to create anything finished—only to experience the process.

Workshops

Slow Stitch Workshops introduce the practice of mindful, hand stitching through simple, guided sessions.
You’ll explore rhythm, texture, and repetition while being gently invited to reflect and stay present with your experience.

No prior experience needed.

Reflective Sessions

These themed sessions hold space for emotional exploration through making.

Each gathering centers around a quiet theme, such as: in-between moments; letting go; memory & belonging;
or self-compassion

Through stitching and gentle prompts, participants are invited to explore what is unfolding within—without the need to explain or resolve it.

Quiet Making Hours offer a calm, shared space for independent stitching.

There is no instruction—only time and atmosphere.
You’re invited to bring your own work or continue a piece started in a workshop, held in a space of quiet presence.

Guided Sessions

These sessions are gently facilitated, allowing space to explore transitions, emotions, or personal themes through slow stitching and conversation (if desired).
